# Ingredients:

01 - 25 Oreo cookies.
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1½ cups white chocolate chips, melted.
05 - 1 teaspoon peppermint extract.
06 - 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed.
07 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
08 - ¼ cup powdered sugar.
09 - ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract.
10 - ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies.
11 - White chocolate shavings (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Process Oreos into fine crumbs.
03 - Mix crumbs with melted butter, press into pie plate.
04 - Bake crust 8-10 minutes, then cool completely.
05 - Beat cream cheese until smooth.
06 - Mix in melted white chocolate and 1 tsp peppermint extract.
07 - Fold in thawed whipped topping.
08 - Pour filling into cooled crust.
09 - Refrigerate 2 hours until set.
