# Ingredients:

01 - 600g/1.2lb sausages.
02 - 1/2 tablespoon oil.
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
04 - 1 onion, sliced.
05 - 1 carrot, sliced diagonal.
06 - 1 tablespoon curry powder.
07 - 3 tablespoons flour.
08 - 2 cups chicken stock.
09 - 1 teaspoon sugar.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
12 - 1 cup frozen peas.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown sausages in oil, remove.
02 - Cook garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
03 - Add curry powder and cook for 30 seconds.
04 - Add flour and cook for 30 seconds.
05 - Gradually add chicken stock while stirring.
06 - Add carrots and seasonings (sugar, salt, black pepper).
07 - Return sausages to the skillet and add peas.
08 - Simmer for 3 minutes until thickened.
