Turkey Brie Croissant Panini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 croissants
02 - 8-12 slices turkey breast
03 - 12 ounces Brie cheese, sliced 1/4 inch thick
04 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
05 - 1 cup baby arugula leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Split croissants, spread with cranberry sauce. Layer Brie, turkey and arugula.
02 - Preheat panini press or grill pan. Oil grates or spray with cooking spray.
03 - Grill panini 3-4 minutes per side using press or weighted pan until toasted and cheese melts.

01 - Great for using holiday leftovers
02 - Whole berry cranberry sauce works best
03 - Can use any favorite cheese
