Tuna Avocado Boats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large ripe avocados.
02 - 5 ounces canned tuna, drained.
03 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
04 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
06 - Salt and black pepper.
07 - 2 tablespoons diced celery (optional).
08 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion (optional).
09 - Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Slice avocados lengthwise, remove the pits, and scoop out some flesh to make room for filling.
02 - Mix drained tuna with mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper until well combined.
03 - Fold in celery and red onion if using them.
04 - Spoon tuna mixture into avocado halves.
05 - Top with fresh herbs or desired garnishes.

# Notes:

01 - Use Greek yogurt as a healthy mayo alternative.
02 - Best served immediately after preparation.
03 - Can add different mix-ins to suit taste.
