Spicy Thai Noodle Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - Chicken breast chunks

→ Aromatics

02 - Minced garlic
03 - Diced red bell pepper
04 - Diced onion
05 - Fresh grated ginger
06 - Red curry paste

→ Liquids

07 - Low sodium chicken broth
08 - Coconut milk
09 - Fish sauce
10 - Fresh lime juice

→ Noodles & Seasonings

11 - Rice noodles
12 - Brown sugar

→ Fresh Herbs

13 - Sliced green onions
14 - Fresh cilantro
15 - Fresh basil

# Instructions:

01 - Brown seasoned chicken chunks in oil, set aside
02 - Cook garlic, peppers, onion until tender
03 - Add paste, ginger, then liquids. Return chicken, simmer 10 minutes
04 - Cook with fish sauce and sugar until tender
05 - Add herbs and lime juice
