Seafood Spinach Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and chopped
02 - 1/2 pound lump crab meat

→ Dairy

03 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup sour cream
05 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
06 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Produce and Seasonings

08 - 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
09 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
11 - Salt and pepper to taste
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in skillet. Cook chopped shrimp 2-3 minutes until pink. Cool.
02 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, and seasonings until smooth.
03 - Fold in shrimp, crab, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
04 - Transfer to baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
