Red Velvet Hugs Blossom Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (15-16 oz) red velvet cake mix.
02 - 2 large eggs.
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted or softened.
04 - 30 Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Combine cake mix, eggs, and butter until well mixed. Dough will be thick.
03 - Scoop 1 tablespoon balls onto sheets. Chill 30 minutes.
04 - Bake 8-10 minutes until tops just crack. Don't overbake.
05 - Press Hershey's Kiss into each hot cookie. Cool completely.
