Puerto Rican Coquito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups white rum.
02 - 2 whole cinnamon sticks.
03 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk.
04 - 15 oz cream of coconut.
05 - 13.5 oz coconut milk.
06 - 4 oz evaporated milk.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
10 - 4 oz raisins (optional).
11 - 4 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - If desired, combine rum with cinnamon sticks and raisins, let steep 24 hours to 1 week.
02 - In a blender, combine all milks, spices and vanilla until smooth.
03 - Add rum mixture to blended ingredients and mix thoroughly.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until well chilled and flavors meld.
05 - Shake before pouring, garnish with coconut and extra spices if desired.

01 - Stores in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
02 - Always shake before serving.
03 - Can make non-alcoholic version.
