Pineapple Ham Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup ham, finely diced.
03 - 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well drained.
04 - 1 scallion, thinly sliced.
05 - 1 tablespoon spicy mustard.
06 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
07 - 1 crescent roll dough sheet.
08 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Mix cream cheese, ham, drained pineapple, scallion, mustard, and garlic until combined.
03 - Spread filling on dough leaving 3/4-inch border. Roll tightly from long edge, pinch seam to seal.
04 - Cut roll into 12 even slices.
05 - Arrange slices barely touching on sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden.
06 - Cool 10 minutes. Garnish with scallions and parsley if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Drain pineapple very well.
02 - Arrange in 4 rows of 3 rolls.
03 - Serve warm.
