01 -
Heat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some hanging over the sides for easy lifting later. If you don't have parchment, spray the pan well with cooking spray.
02 -
In a large bowl with an electric mixer (or stand mixer with paddle), beat together the melted butter, both sugars, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla until everything's well combined and smooth.
03 -
Add flour, baking soda, and salt to your bowl. Mix on low speed just until combined and no dry flour spots remain. Don't overmix!
04 -
Gently stir in most of the halved Reese's cups and chocolate chips (remember to save some for the top). Mix just until they're evenly spread through the dough.
05 -
Spread the dough evenly in your prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula or clean hands. Sprinkle those reserved Reese's pieces and chocolate chips over the top, pressing them in slightly.
06 -
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
