Peach Butter Swim Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter.
02 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1 tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder.
05 - 2 cups heavy cream.
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided.
07 - 15.25 ounces canned diced peaches, well drained.
08 - Glaze: Powdered sugar.
09 - Glaze: Milk.
10 - Glaze: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 450°F.
02 - Grease 9x9 inch baking dish.
03 - Mix flour, sugar, baking powder.
04 - Add cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
05 - Fold in drained peaches.
06 - Melt butter in baking dish.
07 - Spread dough over butter.
08 - Cut into 9 squares.
09 - Bake 30-35 minutes.
10 - Mix glaze ingredients.
11 - Drizzle over warm biscuits.

# Notes:

01 - Can use fresh or canned peaches.
02 - Don't overmix the dough.
03 - Tent with foil if browning too fast.
04 - Freezes well up to 3 months.
05 - Best served warm.
