Classic Paula Deen Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
06 - 1 cup granulated sugar
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 4 ripe bananas, mashed
10 - 1/4 cup whole milk

→ Mix-ins

11 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 9x5 loaf pan. Whisk dry ingredients.
02 - Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla, bananas, and milk.
03 - Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in nuts if using.
04 - Pour into pan, bake 55-60 minutes until done. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then on rack.
