Parmesan Asparagus Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bunch fresh asparagus spears, trimmed.
02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 eggs, beaten.
04 - 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs.
05 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - Cooking spray or olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Set up three shallow dishes: First with flour, Second with beaten eggs, Third with mixed Panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Dredge each asparagus spear in flour, shake off excess.
04 - Dip floured spears in egg, let excess drip.
05 - Roll in breadcrumb mixture, press gently to coat.
06 - Place on baking sheet in single layer.
07 - Spray or drizzle with oil.
08 - Bake 10-12 minutes until tender and golden.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispy results, don't overcrowd the baking sheet. Make sure asparagus spears aren't touching each other while baking.
