# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups complete pancake mix.
02 - 1 1/2 cups water.
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - 1/4 cup maple syrup.
05 - 1 pound breakfast sausage.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 400°F.
02 - Cook and crumble breakfast sausage in a pan over medium-high heat.
03 - Drain cooked sausage and set aside.
04 - Mix pancake mix, water, cheese, and syrup in a large bowl until smooth.
05 - Add the cooked sausage to the mixture and stir well.
06 - Spoon batter into mini muffin tins (use silicone or greased metal tins).
07 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
