Ice Cream Sandwiches (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
02 - ¼ teaspoon baking powder.
03 - ½ cup unsalted butter.
04 - 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped.
05 - 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract.
06 - ½ teaspoon salt.
07 - 1 cup brown sugar.
08 - ¼ cup granulated sugar.
09 - 2 large eggs.
10 - ½ gallon ice cream, any flavor.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a jelly roll pan and line with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk flour and baking powder in small bowl.
03 - Melt butter, chocolate, vanilla, and salt in saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
04 - Mix both sugars into chocolate mixture. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Fold in flour mixture until just combined.
05 - Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes until top appears dry. Cool completely.
06 - Cut brownie slab in half. Trim edges for even sides. Spread softened ice cream on one brownie layer. Top with second layer. Wrap and freeze 2 hours.
07 - Cut into 6 rectangles or 12 squares. Wrap individually and freeze.

# Notes:

01 - Let ice cream soften 15 minutes before spreading.
02 - Store in freezer up to 2 months.
03 - Can use any ice cream flavor.
04 - Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
