High Protein Cottage Queso Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or regular)
02 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup milk (or more for consistency)
04 - 1/4 cup diced green chilies

→ Seasonings

05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Blend cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.
02 - Heat blended cottage cheese, cheddar, and milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
03 - Mix in green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
04 - Add more milk if needed for desired consistency. Serve warm with chips or vegetables.
