Garlic Butter Cheese Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated biscuits.
02 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed.
03 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional).
06 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F.
02 - Line baking sheet with parchment.
03 - Separate dough into 8 biscuits.
04 - Cut each biscuit in half (16 pieces).
05 - Flatten each piece.
06 - Place mozzarella cube in center.
07 - Wrap dough around cheese and seal edges.
08 - Place seam-side down on sheet.
09 - Mix melted butter, garlic, and salt.
10 - Brush balls with garlic butter.
11 - Bake 10-12 minutes until golden.
12 - Brush with remaining butter.
13 - Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
14 - Cool slightly before serving.
