Cupid Cupcakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1¼ cups flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
03 - ½ teaspoon salt.
04 - ¾ cup sugar.
05 - ⅓ cup vegetable oil.
06 - 1 egg plus 1 white.
07 - ¼ cup yogurt.
08 - 2 teaspoons vanilla.
09 - ½ cup milk.
10 - ½ cup chocolate chips.
11 - ⅓ cup cream for filling.
12 - 1 cup dried strawberries.
13 - 1 cup butter.
14 - 3½ cups powdered sugar.
15 - ¼ cup cream for frosting.
16 - 12 chocolate hearts.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line muffin pan. Whisk dry ingredients.
02 - Mix wet ingredients. Alternate adding flour mix and milk. Fill liners ⅔ full.
03 - Cook 15-20 minutes until done. Cool in pan 10 minutes then on rack.
04 - Pour hot cream over chocolate chips. Let sit then whisk until smooth.
05 - Blend strawberries to powder. Beat with butter, sugar, cream and vanilla until fluffy.
06 - Cut centers, fill with ganache. Pipe frosting and top with chocolate hearts.
