Crispy Strawberry Cream Cheese Sandwiches (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 slices brioche or white bread.
02 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced.
06 - 1/2 cup strawberry jam.
07 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
08 - 1 cup milk.
09 - 1 large egg.
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla for batter.
11 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
12 - Pinch of salt.
13 - Oil for frying.
14 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
02 - Spread filling on bread, add strawberries and jam, top with second slice.
03 - Whisk flour, milk, egg, vanilla, sugar and salt until smooth.
04 - Heat oil to 350°F in deep skillet.
05 - Dip sandwiches in batter, fry 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
06 - Drain on paper towels, drizzle with condensed milk, serve warm.
