Cream Cheese Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
05 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 2 large eggs.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 - 4 ripe bananas, mashed (1 1/2 cups).
09 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
10 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
11 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
12 - 1 large egg.
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Grease or line 9x5 inch loaf pan.
03 - Mix flour, baking soda, salt.
04 - Cream butter and sugar 3-5 minutes.
05 - Beat in eggs and vanilla.
06 - Stir in bananas and sour cream.
07 - Gradually add dry ingredients.
08 - Mix cream cheese filling ingredients.
09 - Layer bread batter and filling.
10 - Bake about 60 minutes.
