Coconut Stuffed Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup plus 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour, divided.
02 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar.
05 - 3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled.
06 - 2 eggs.
07 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
08 - 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
09 - 2 1/2 cups sweetened coconut flakes.
10 - 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk.
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
12 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Line 8x8 pan with parchment, spray with cooking spray.
03 - Whisk 1 cup flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
04 - Coat chocolate chips with remaining teaspoon flour.
05 - Mix sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
06 - Combine wet and dry ingredients.
07 - Fold in chocolate chips.
08 - Spread half brownie batter in pan.
09 - Mix coconut filling ingredients.
10 - Spread coconut mixture over brownie layer.
11 - Top with remaining brownie batter.
12 - Bake 35-40 minutes until toothpick comes clean.
13 - Cool completely before cutting.
