Gooey Cinnamon Sugar Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Mix

01 - All-purpose flour
02 - Granulated sugar
03 - Baking powder
04 - Salt
05 - Ground cinnamon

→ Wet Mix

06 - Melted butter
07 - Whole milk
08 - Large eggs
09 - Vanilla extract

→ Filling

10 - Softened cream cheese
11 - Powdered sugar

→ Topping

12 - Cinnamon sugar
13 - Optional vanilla cream or white chocolate drizzle

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Line muffin tin
02 - Combine dry ingredients, then wet ingredients separately
03 - Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth
04 - Layer batter, cream cheese, more batter. Top with cinnamon sugar
05 - Cook 18-20 minutes until done
06 - Cool 10 minutes, add optional drizzle
