Christmas Cookie Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups white chocolate chips.
02 - 1 1/4 cup sugar cookie mix (Betty Crocker).
03 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter.
04 - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk.
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
06 - 3/4 cup holiday sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Line a 9x9" square baking pan (or 8x8") with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
02 - Combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a medium sized saucepan and heat over medium heat.
03 - Once the mixture is melted and smooth, remove from heat and add the vanilla and holiday sprinkles (about 1/2 cup).
04 - Pour mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining holiday sprinkles.
05 - Refrigerate for about an hour or until hard before cutting into squares.
