Put chocolate in bowl. Heat half the cream until hot and pour over chocolate. Let sit then stir until smooth. Add cold cream and blend well. Chill 4 hours.

Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.

Beat oil, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk until smooth.

Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until well combined.

Fill cupcake liners halfway. Bake at 350°F for 17-20 minutes until done.

Whip chilled ganache 2-3 minutes until thick. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes.

Top with Kinder pieces and melted chocolate. Chill 1 hour before serving.
