Chocolate Kinder Bueno Cupcakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¾ cup cake flour.
02 - ½ cup cocoa powder.
03 - ½ teaspoon baking soda.
04 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
05 - ¾ cup sugar.
06 - 2 eggs at room temp.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
08 - ⅓ cup oil.
09 - ½ cup buttermilk.
10 - 10 Kinder Maxi bars.
11 - 1½ cups heavy cream.
12 - Kinder Bueno pieces for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Put chocolate in bowl. Heat half the cream until hot and pour over chocolate. Let sit then stir until smooth. Add cold cream and blend well. Chill 4 hours.
02 - Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
03 - Beat oil, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk until smooth.
04 - Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until well combined.
05 - Fill cupcake liners halfway. Bake at 350°F for 17-20 minutes until done.
06 - Whip chilled ganache 2-3 minutes until thick. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes.
07 - Top with Kinder pieces and melted chocolate. Chill 1 hour before serving.
