Chicken Waldorf Apple Grape (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - 120 ml mayonnaise
02 - 15 ml Dijon mustard
03 - Juice of 1/2 lemon

→ Salad

04 - 5 ribs celery, chopped
05 - 320 g red grapes, quartered
06 - 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
07 - 300 g roast chicken, chilled and cubed
08 - 15 ml fresh mint, finely chopped
09 - 120 g walnuts, roughly chopped
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice together in a small bowl until smooth.
02 - In a large bowl, combine celery, red grapes, apples, roast chicken, mint, and walnuts.
03 - Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
