Heat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles until al dente.

Mix chicken, ricotta, half the mozzarella and parmesan, and seasonings.

Spread filling on each noodle and roll up. Place seam down in baking dish.

Pour alfredo sauce over rolls. Top with remaining cheeses.

Cover and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly.

Top with fresh parsley before serving.
