Creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 lasagna noodles.
02 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken.
03 - 1½ cups ricotta cheese.
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella.
05 - ½ cup grated parmesan.
06 - 2 cups alfredo sauce.
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
09 - Salt and pepper.
10 - Fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles until al dente.
02 - Mix chicken, ricotta, half the mozzarella and parmesan, and seasonings.
03 - Spread filling on each noodle and roll up. Place seam down in baking dish.
04 - Pour alfredo sauce over rolls. Top with remaining cheeses.
05 - Cover and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly.
06 - Top with fresh parsley before serving.

02 - Keeps 3-4 days in fridge.
03 - Can freeze up to 3 months.
