Cherry Pie Cookie Cups Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (24 count) ready-to-bake sugar cookie dough.
02 - 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling.
03 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
04 - 1-2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Spray mini muffin pans with flour cooking spray.
02 - Place one cookie dough ball in each cavity. Bake 18-22 minutes until fully baked.
03 - Cool 5-10 minutes, then press centers with spoon handle to create cups.
04 - Cool completely. Loosen with butter knife and remove from pan.
05 - Add cherry filling to each cup. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over tops.

01 - Keeps 3 days refrigerated.
02 - Can use any pie filling.
03 - Don't skip greasing pan.
