Easy Cheesy Corn Casserole

14.75 oz can creamed corn

15.25 oz can whole kernel corn, drained

2 eggs, whisked together

8 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix

8 oz sour cream

1/2 stick butter, melted

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
# Instructions:

Heat your oven to 350 degrees. While it's warming up, grab a large bowl and mix together everything except the cheddar cheese.

Pour your corn mixture into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Make sure it's spread evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar over the top, then cover the dish. Pop it in the oven for 50 minutes.

Take the cover off and let it bake another 10-15 minutes until you see that cheese getting golden brown on top.

Let your casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving. This helps it set up nicely.
