Easy Cheesy Corn Casserole (Print Version)

01 - 14.75 oz can creamed corn
02 - 15.25 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
03 - 2 eggs, whisked together
04 - 8 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
05 - 8 oz sour cream
06 - 1/2 stick butter, melted
07 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350 degrees. While it's warming up, grab a large bowl and mix together everything except the cheddar cheese.
02 - Pour your corn mixture into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Make sure it's spread evenly.
03 - Sprinkle the shredded cheddar over the top, then cover the dish. Pop it in the oven for 50 minutes.
04 - Take the cover off and let it bake another 10-15 minutes until you see that cheese getting golden brown on top.
05 - Let your casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving. This helps it set up nicely.
