# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Skewers Ingredients

01 - 8 skewers made of wood, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
02 - 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (roughly 1 pound), diced into 1-inch cubes
03 - 1 teaspoon of coarse salt
04 - A half teaspoon of ground black pepper
05 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil (extra virgin works best)

→ Toppings and Garnish

06 - Half a cup of melted cowboy butter
07 - A sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Submerge 8 wooden skewers in water for at least half an hour so they won't burn when you cook them.
02 - Mix chicken chunks with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Make sure each piece is coated nicely.
03 - Push 4-5 chicken pieces onto each of the soaked skewers, leaving small gaps between them so they cook evenly.
04 - Cook the skewers in an air fryer set to 400°F for about 11-12 minutes. Flip them halfway, and check that the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F.
05 - Move the cooked skewers to a serving dish, drizzle the melted cowboy butter over them, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Oven option: Roast at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through.
02 - Grill option: Cook over medium-high heat for about 8-10 minutes on each side.
03 - Always verify that the chicken reaches 165°F on the inside.
