Heat oven to 400°F. Mix turkey, onion, garlic, egg white, bread crumbs, and ranch seasoning.

Divide mixture into 16 portions. Press cheese cube into center of each, seal and roll.

Place on sprayed rack over baking sheet. Bake 16-18 minutes until cooked.

Melt butter in skillet, add buffalo sauce. Coat meatballs and keep warm.

Or combine butter, sauce, and meatballs in slow cooker on high for 20 minutes.
