Best Meatloaf Ever (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds lean ground beef.
02 - 2 eggs.
03 - 1 cup bread crumbs.
04 - 1 onion, chopped.
05 - 1/2 cup milk.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1 teaspoon pepper.
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
09 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
10 - 1 tablespoon tomato paste.
11 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
13 - 1/2 cup ketchup.
14 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
15 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F.
02 - Mix all meatloaf ingredients.
03 - Shape into loaf in greased pan.
04 - Simmer sauce ingredients 2-3 minutes.
05 - Pour half sauce over meatloaf.
06 - Bake 30 minutes.
07 - Add remaining sauce.
08 - Bake 45 minutes more to reach 160°F.
