Heat air fryer to 380°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment.

Peel and core apples, then cut each into 8 wedges.

Place flour in bowl. Put beaten eggs in shallow dish. Mix graham crumbs and sugar in another dish.

Dip each wedge in flour, then egg, then graham mixture. Place on lined sheet.

Oil basket, add apple pieces without overlapping. Spray with oil, cook 5 minutes, flip, cook 2 more minutes.

Warm caramel sauce in microwave for dipping.
