Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a small oven-safe ramekin or baking dish.

Place rolled oats, banana, egg, milk, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin. Incorporate optional mix-ins such as chocolate chips, berries, or nuts, either stirring them in or sprinkling on top.

Bake in preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
