Garlic Butter White Wine Shrimp Linguine (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tablespoons butter, divided.
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced, divided.
03 - 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth.
04 - 2 cups water.
05 - 1 pound linguine.
06 - 1 1/2 pounds jumbo raw shrimp.
07 - 3/4 cup dry white wine.
08 - 1/4 cup fresh sage, minced.
09 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
10 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
11 - 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped.
12 - 1 lemon.
13 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté half of garlic in butter. Add broth and water, boil. Cook pasta until liquid absorbs.
02 - In separate pan, cook shrimp in butter 1-2 minutes per side.
03 - Add remaining garlic, sage, and wine to shrimp. Reduce wine until shrimp browns.
04 - Add shrimp mixture, cream, cheese, and parsley to pasta. Season with lemon, salt, and pepper.
