White German Chocolate Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Layer

01 - 1 package white cake mix
02 - 1 cup buttermilk
03 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
04 - 4 large egg whites
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Cheesecake Center

06 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
07 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Frosting

10 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
11 - 3 cups powdered sugar
12 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Garnish

14 - 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
15 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cake mix, buttermilk, oil, egg whites, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into two greased 9-inch pans.
02 - Bake cake layers for 25-30 minutes until done. Let cool completely.
03 - Beat cream cheese with sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Pour into 8-inch pan, bake at 325°F for 40-45 minutes. Cool fully.
04 - Beat butter until creamy, gradually add powdered sugar and cream. Mix in vanilla until smooth.
05 - Stack cake layer, cheesecake, and top cake layer. Frost entirely and garnish with coconut and pecans.
