White Chocolate Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream.
02 - 1 cup white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Place mixing bowl and beaters in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
02 - Microwave 1/2 cup cream with chocolate chips for 2 minutes at 50% power until melted. Let cool to room temperature.
03 - Beat remaining 1 1/2 cups cream in chilled bowl until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
04 - Gently fold cooled chocolate mixture into whipped cream until fully incorporated.
05 - Divide into serving dishes, cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Use cream with minimum 36% fat content.
02 - Keeps refrigerated 2-3 days.
03 - Can garnish with white chocolate shards.
