Whipped Garlic Feta Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 113 grams cream cheese, softened
02 - 170 grams crumbled feta cheese
03 - 80 milliliters plain Greek yogurt
04 - 2-3 cloves garlic, peeled
05 - 1 pinch dried dill
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

→ Optional Garnishes

08 - 1 Roma tomato, diced
09 - Fresh basil leaves
10 - Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Process softened cream cheese in a food processor until completely smooth.
02 - Add crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, garlic cloves, dill, oregano, and lemon juice to the processor. Blend until the mixture is creamy and homogenous.
03 - Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Top with diced tomato, fresh basil, and black pepper if desired. Serve immediately or store refrigerated in a sealed container until required.
04 - For a warm dip, place mixture in a baking dish, cover, and bake at 175°C for 25 minutes before garnishing and serving.

# Notes:

01 - Greek yogurt can be substituted with sour cream, mayonnaise, or cottage cheese for varied flavor and texture.
02 - For homemade toasted Naan bread accompaniment, brush bread with olive oil, sprinkle with kosher salt, and bake at 190°C for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
03 - Store dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
