Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 spoons water.
02 - 1 packet gelatin powder.
03 - 2 cups heavy cream.
04 - 1 cup whole milk.
05 - ½ cup sugar.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste.
07 - Pinch of salt.
08 - Pomegranate seeds.
09 - Fresh mint.
10 - Berries.

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle gelatin over water in bowl and let sit 5 minutes.
02 - Simmer cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt until sugar dissolves.
03 - Remove from heat. Add bloomed gelatin and whisk until smooth.
04 - Pour into serving jars and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
05 - Top with fruit and mint if desired. Serve chilled.

# Notes:

01 - Can make 3 days ahead.
02 - Add toppings just before serving.
