Easy Valentines Chocolate Covered Strawberries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz dark chocolate melts.
02 - 1 pound fresh strawberries.
03 - Sprinkles for decoration.
04 - White chocolate melts for drizzle.

# Instructions:

01 - Line baking sheet with parchment. Wash and completely dry strawberries.
02 - Microwave chocolate at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring between, until melted.
03 - Hold by leaves and dip in chocolate. Let excess drip off and place on parchment.
04 - Add sprinkles while chocolate is wet if using.
05 - Once set, melt white chocolate and drizzle over strawberries using piping bag.

# Notes:

01 - Use candy melts not chips.
02 - Dry berries completely.
03 - Can add other toppings.
