Microwave chocolate at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring between, until melted.

Hold by leaves and dip in chocolate. Let excess drip off and place on parchment.

Add sprinkles while chocolate is wet if using.

Once set, melt white chocolate and drizzle over strawberries using piping bag.
