Turkey Pasta Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound pasta (rotini or shells).
02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
04 - 1/2 cup nonfat milk.
05 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 10-12 ounces frozen vegetables.
09 - 2 1/2 cups cooked turkey.
10 - 1 1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers.
11 - 4 tablespoons melted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and cook pasta al dente.
02 - Blend cream cheese with soup, milk, broth and spices.
03 - Mix pasta, sauce, vegetables and turkey.
04 - Pour in baking dish, top with buttered cracker crumbs.
05 - Cook 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - Can use chicken instead of turkey.
02 - Can substitute different cream soups.
03 - Keeps 3 days refrigerated.
