Tomato Burrata Basil Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 3 medium heirloom tomatoes
02 - 200 g cherry tomatoes
03 - 30 fresh basil leaves
04 - 170 g burrata cheese

→ Seasoning

05 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 0.5 teaspoon sea salt, or more to taste
07 - 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
08 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - Slice heirloom tomatoes into 8 mm thick rounds and arrange in a single layer on a large serving platter.
02 - Halve the cherry tomatoes and scatter them evenly over the sliced heirloom tomatoes.
03 - Finely chop the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them generously over the tomatoes.
04 - Gently tear or cut the burrata cheese into bite-sized pieces and distribute over the salad.
05 - Season salad with sea salt and ground black pepper, then drizzle evenly with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.

01 - Use tomatoes at room temperature for best flavour.
