Creamy Seafood Bread Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 large sourdough bread bowl
02 - 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
03 - 1/2 pound lump crab meat

→ Creamy Mixture

04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
06 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
07 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
10 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
11 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Hollow out bread bowl, save pieces for dipping.
02 - Mix cream cheese, mayo, mozzarella, seasonings, and aromatics until smooth.
03 - Fold shrimp and crab into the cream cheese mixture.
04 - Fill bread bowl with seafood mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
