Easy Strawberry Hand Pies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 boxes (14.1 oz each) refrigerated pie crust
02 - 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
03 - 1 egg white, beaten

→ Glaze

04 - 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
05 - 1/4 cup milk

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Let crusts warm to room temperature. Chop strawberries in filling into small pieces.
02 - Cut 4-inch circles from crusts. Add 1 tablespoon filling to each, fold and seal edges with fork.
03 - Brush with beaten egg white. Bake on lined sheet 15 minutes until brown.
04 - Mix powdered sugar and milk. Dip warm pies in glaze, let set 5 minutes.

02 - Wet edges help seal pies
03 - Chop filling into small pieces
