Heat oven to 425°F. Let crusts warm to room temperature. Chop strawberries in filling into small pieces.

Cut 4-inch circles from crusts. Add 1 tablespoon filling to each, fold and seal edges with fork.

Brush with beaten egg white. Bake on lined sheet 15 minutes until brown.

Mix powdered sugar and milk. Dip warm pies in glaze, let set 5 minutes.
