Strawberry Crunch Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box white cake mix.
02 - 3 oz strawberry gelatin.
03 - 4 large eggs.
04 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter.
05 - 1 cup milk.
06 - 1 package vanilla sandwich cookies.
07 - 1 oz freeze-dried strawberries.
08 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter for topping.
09 - 8 oz softened cream cheese.
10 - 3/4 cup softened unsalted butter.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
13 - 3 cups confectioners sugar.
14 - 2 tablespoons milk for frosting.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 pan.
02 - Mix cake mix, gelatin, eggs, butter and milk until smooth.
03 - Pour into pan and bake 28-30 minutes until done.
04 - Crush cookies and strawberries separately, combine with melted butter.
05 - Beat cream cheese, butter and salt, then add vanilla and sugar.
06 - Frost cooled cake and cover with crumb topping.

01 - Add topping just before serving.
02 - Keep refrigerated.
03 - Good for 2-3 days.
