Strawberry Chia Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons chia seeds.
02 - 1 cup milk (any variety).
03 - 1 cup ripe strawberries.
04 - 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional).
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional).
06 - Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional).
07 - Crunchy granola for topping (optional).
08 - Shredded coconut for sprinkling (optional).
09 - Chopped nuts for texture (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Blend fresh or thawed strawberries in a blender until smooth.
02 - In a bowl, mix chia seeds with milk, stirring well to distribute seeds evenly.
03 - Pour strawberry puree into the chia mixture and stir until well combined.
04 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until thick.
05 - Give a final stir and top with fresh strawberries, granola, coconut, or nuts if desired.
