Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup soft butter.
02 - ½ cup sugar.
03 - ½ cup brown sugar.
04 - 1 egg.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
06 - 1¾ cups flour.
07 - ½ teaspoon baking soda.
08 - ¼ teaspoon baking powder.
09 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
10 - ½ cup dried strawberries.
11 - 4 oz cream cheese.
12 - 2 spoons sugar.
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
14 - ¼ cup strawberry jam.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and jam until smooth. Chill.
02 - Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and strawberries.
03 - Refrigerate dough 30 minutes.
04 - Flatten dough, add filling, cover with more dough and seal edges. Roll into balls.
05 - Cook at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until edges golden. Cool completely.
