Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and jam until smooth. Chill.

Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and strawberries.

Refrigerate dough 30 minutes.

Flatten dough, add filling, cover with more dough and seal edges. Roll into balls.

Cook at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until edges golden. Cool completely.
