01 - 
                Heat grill to 450°F. Season steak and grill 4-5 minutes per side to 125°F. Let rest 10 minutes.

                Mix sour cream, horseradish, dijon, vinegar, worcestershire, chives, salt and pepper.

                Slice baguette. Brush with butter-oil-garlic mix. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes each side.

                Cook onions in oil and butter 15-20 minutes until soft. Add sugar and cook 3-4 more minutes.
              
              
              
                05 - 
                Top each toast with sauce, steak slices and onions. Add chives and balsamic drizzle.
