Steak Crostini with Horseradish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz filet mignon.
02 - 2 spoons steak seasoning.
03 - 1 cup sour cream.
04 - ¼ cup horseradish.
05 - 1½ spoons dijon mustard.
06 - 1 teaspoon champagne vinegar.
07 - 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce.
08 - ½ spoon fresh chives.
09 - 1 day-old baguette.
10 - 2 spoons butter.
11 - ¼ cup olive oil.
12 - 1 garlic clove.
13 - 1 diced onion.
14 - ¼ teaspoon sugar.
15 - Balsamic glaze.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat grill to 450°F. Season steak and grill 4-5 minutes per side to 125°F. Let rest 10 minutes.
02 - Mix sour cream, horseradish, dijon, vinegar, worcestershire, chives, salt and pepper.
03 - Slice baguette. Brush with butter-oil-garlic mix. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes each side.
04 - Cook onions in oil and butter 15-20 minutes until soft. Add sugar and cook 3-4 more minutes.
05 - Top each toast with sauce, steak slices and onions. Add chives and balsamic drizzle.

01 - Make parts ahead if needed.
02 - Put together just before serving.
03 - Cut steak against the grain.
