Protein-Rich Egg White Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein Base

01 - Fresh egg whites
02 - Low-fat cottage cheese
03 - Shredded Monterey jack

→ Vegetables

04 - Fresh minced garlic
05 - Diced roasted red peppers
06 - Fresh spinach leaves
07 - Green onions for topping

→ Seasonings

08 - Salt
09 - Garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat to 350°F
02 - Mix egg whites, cottage cheese, garlic, seasonings, and most of the cheese until smooth
03 - Pulse in most peppers and half spinach briefly
04 - Layer remaining vegetables and cheese, pour egg mixture to ¾ full
05 - Place in water bath, cover with foil, bake 1 hour
