Southern Fried Cabbage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 strips bacon.
02 - 2 tablespoons butter.
03 - 1 white onion, chopped.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 medium cabbage head.
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
09 - 1 teaspoon dried basil.
10 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
11 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
12 - 1 teaspoon salt.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
14 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne.
15 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
16 - 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Fry bacon until crisp, remove and save grease in pan.
02 - Sauté onions and garlic in bacon grease and butter until browned.
03 - Mix chopped cabbage with onions and all seasonings.
04 - Cover and cook 10-15 minutes until tender, stirring often.
05 - Stir in chopped bacon pieces and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Need proper lid to steam.
02 - Cut cabbage into bite-size pieces.
03 - Serve immediately.
