Souper Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups chicken broth.
02 - 1 can cream of chicken soup.
03 - 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon.
04 - ⅛ teaspoon pepper.
05 - 2 cups instant rice.
06 - ⅓ cup parmesan cheese.
07 - Fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir broth, soup, bouillon and pepper in pot. Bring to boil.
02 - Stir in rice and parmesan cheese.
03 - Cover, remove from heat and let sit 5-8 minutes until tender.
04 - Stir well and garnish with parsley if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Must use instant rice.
02 - No extra salt needed.
03 - Use good quality broth.
